The friendly, welcoming atmosphere

Empathy, because you have to be able to put yourself in other people’s shoes and go for a walk to see what it’s like.

What do you do to relax when you feel stress?

I go for a cycle ride or do some yoga.

What’s your most treasured object?

A large wooden carving that I bought in India of the Hindu elephant god, Ganesh.

What’s your favourite word?

Serendipitous (adj) the lucky tendency to find interesting or valuable things by chance.
